The information provided by the Korea Customs Service regarding the related content is as follows:

- Trade Partner: State the seller's (Seller) name as indicated on the invoice issued by the trading party.

- Overseas Supplier: State the Shipper on the B/L who actually supplies the contracted goods.

The invoice lists the party who receives payment and delivers the goods for the relevant item as the Seller.

That is, it is the party who actually receives the amount indicated on the invoice.

Meanwhile, it is stated that the Overseas Supplier should be the Shipper on the B/L who actually supplies the contracted goods. If the party selling the goods also delivers them in international transport, then the Trade Partner and the Overseas Supplier would be the same.

However, if a third party acts as a shipping agent for the goods, the party actually receiving the money would be the seller indicated on the invoice, and the Shipper on the B/L would be the shipping agent; therefore, in such cases, the Trade Partner and the Overseas Supplier would be entered differently.
