In the case of household goods, when it is inefficient to classify and declare each item separately due to their diverse types and values, in column 1 for item name and trade name, typically declare them as "Household goods" in English, and for them, the HS code should be 2424.00-0000, and the quantity, weight, number of packages, value, etc., for each item should be entered collectively in the respective column, and the detailed contents for each item can be substituted by the details listed in the packing list or other item lists attached to the declaration form.
However, if household goods include items related to fulfilling re-export conditions or re-import duty exemption, these must be separated and declared starting from column 2, by setting up separate item name and specification columns for each HS code of the respective goods, and declaring the item name, trade name, model/specification, ingredients, brand name, origin, HS code, quantity, weight, number of packages, value, etc., as in the case of general export goods, in each respective column or by filing a separate export declaration form.
According to Article 7-3, Paragraph 2 and Annex 11 of the Public Notice on Export Customs Clearance Procedures, if vehicles are exported by being loaded into a container, an export declaration must be filed after bringing them into a bonded area.
