This is a procedure to report the Safety Standards Compliance Confirmation Result Report to the Ministry of Environment after receiving it from a testing · inspection agency. This process is primarily conducted online through the **Chemical Products Management System (chemp.me.go.kr)**.

Reported Product Information Document: Product information such as product name, formulation, weight · volume
Composition and Blending Ratio of All Contained Substances in the Product: Same content as the data submitted to the testing · analysis agency
Product Photos and Label Samples: Contents and photos of the actual product label
The reporting must be completed **within 30 days from the date of receiving the safety standards compliance confirmation result**.
Upon completion of the report, a reporting certificate will be issued, and this certificate is required to clear customs and distribute the product.
For reference, the **validity period** of such safety confirmation results **is 3 years**, so the renewal procedure must be initiated from 90 days before the expiration date.
