The following is an excerpt from the Korea Customs Service's guidance on simplified export declaration methods for e-commerce goods.

If the value of the goods to be exported is 2 million won or less (FOB basis) and they are not subject to customs confirmation, not subject to contractual or re-export conditions, you can make a simplified export declaration for the following goods.

1. Goods declared under the e-commerce simplified export declaration (transaction type '15') on the export declaration form or through the 'e-commerce simplified declaration system'

2. 'Goods declared through the 'export list conversion declaration system'

For e-commerce goods eligible for simplified export declaration, up to 30 items, such as buyer codes, can be omitted from the 57 items on the export declaration form
