The guidebook on the radio certification system states that the validity period of conformity assessment is maintained until the person who received the conformity assessment terminates or cancels the conformity assessment.
In other words, unless there is an expression of intent to cancel by the person who received the assessment, there is no separate validity period, and it is considered to be permanently effective.
