In the case of toy imports, if the product is designed for use by children under the age of 13 or is clearly used for such purposes, it must receive safety certification under the Special Act on Children's Product Safety, and each import requires confirmation of safety certification from a safety certification agency for customs clearance.

If the toys you import are for collection purposes for ages 14 and above and are not subject to the requirements under the Special Act on Children's Product Safety, the imported product packaging must clearly distinguish them by marking according to the children's product guidelines, such as 'For Adults', 'Not for Children', 'For Ages 14 and Up', etc.

Please inquire with the National Institute of Technology and Standards, the agency in charge of the Special Act on Children's Product Safety, regarding whether the items you import fall under the category of toys subject to safety confirmation and matters related to labeling during sales. * National Institute of Technology and Standards, Department of Living and Children's Product Safety (☏043-870-5457)
